I recently was invited to present by Device Technologies & Zimmer Biomet to talk to younger fellows or newly graduated Orthopaedic surgeons on the move into private practice. We practice for years to be good surgeons, but no one teaches us how to merge into private practice or how to run a business.
After that, we had a good time learning and practicing new techniques in a cadaver lab!
